By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Age Requirement

Members must be 21 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID may be required at pickup to verify age.

Pickup

Wine Club selections must be picked up in person at Crystal Spring Grocery Co. during scheduled pickup events or regular business hours. We are unable to ship wine. If you are unable to attend the pickup party, you may collect your wine during normal store hours within 45 days of the scheduled pickup date. After 45 days, unclaimed wine may be returned to inventory and store credit or a comparable substitution may be offered.

Alcohol Compliance

All wine sales are subject to Virginia state law. We reserve the right to refuse release of alcohol if valid identification cannot be provided.

Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the selected plan. Cancellation requests must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
